General and Forum Posting Rules:

This is a proboard forum, so please follow the rules spelled out for them. As far as I remember, this means no one under the age of 13, no porn and et cetera.

The chat box is a privilege, it will be taken away if you abuse it. Or you'll be banned. Whatever.

Staff have every right to ban you. If you have issues with that and you bring them up rudely, you harass the staff member who banned you, or you try to evade ban your sentence will increase and/or become permanent.

Plagiary is illegal and you will be banned once you're caught. Art theft has the same consequences.

Roleplaying and In-Character Rules:

This is a literate role play. Please have at least one paragraph (five complete sentences) in your posts not including OOC/out of character sentences. Two paragraphs are preferred. In character posts that prove to constantly disregard or flirt with the one paragraph rule will be warned and the character moved to the inactive board.

Use proper grammar, spelling and capitalization. This means no txt spk, l337 sp34k, Sentences with Capitalization Every word or So, or combinations there-of in IC posts. Please limit the use of text speak and/or leet in OOC posts.

Power Playing, Godmodding/moding are not allowed. Please consult the person/people you are RPing with before doing anything even close to resembling Power Playing or Godmodding. To expand, I consider even trivial things to be considered Power Playing:

Sparrowheart pinned Dreams of Hope against the earth.

That's power playing.

Sparrowheart leaped at Dreams of Hope, her paws extended, ready to push the other down and pin her against the earth.

That isn't power playing and it adds to your word count.


Liquid time is allowed as long as the threads don't conflict with each other. For example, if thread A has your character die then in thread B you must find a way to excuse your character from the RP.

You can not kill other characters without their player's permission. If you do your post will be deleted/void.

This is a PG-13 forum. No graphic mating/breeding/birthing/etc. Do it over PMs or not at all.

RP in third person. A post like this:

She walks into the room, listening to the sounds of chatter, while twiddling her thumbs.

or

I walk into the the room, listening to the sounds of chatter and twiddling my thumbs.

Should be as follows:

She walked into the room, listening to the sounds of chatter and twiddling her thumbs.

Keep people involved. Don't just leave them. When people are offline do not flood the thread with posts between you and one or two other people. For Example:

Kamaete posts, then Itama, then Tygerz, then Padfoot. Then Kamaete, then Itama, Tygerz, Padfoot, Kamaete, Itama, Tygerz, Padfoot, etc.

Not:

Kamaete, Itama, Tygerz, Padfoot, Tygerz, Padfoot, Itama, Kamaete, Itama, Kamaete, Itama, Tygerz, Padfoot, Tygerz, Kamaete, Itama.

And Never:

Kamaete, Kamaete, Itama, Kamaete, Tygerz, Kamaete, Kamaete, Padfoot, Itama, Kamaete, Itama, Kamaete, Tygerz, Kamaete.

In summery, just give everyone a chance to post before you do a second time.


LEADERS IC Rules:

As soon as your clan gets about three or four members start a clan thread. This means that in your clan's "Territories" Board start an all-member thread.

Characters:

Realistic only please. No bright green pelts or violet or red eyes.
You cannot have names like "Fiona", "Tuck", or "Shilo" for obvious reasons. Remember, humans and the animals of Forever.We.Stand have not come into contact with each other for several generations. You may have names like Spiritheart, Wildfire, Willow, Heart of Iron Claw or River, though.
You are allowed as many characters as you can keep active. If your character becomes un-active they will be moved to the Inactive board and eventually killed if they are not claimed.
You are allowed only two cats in high positions, but not two of the same kind and in different clans. This means you are allowed a leader of (x)clan and a deputy in (b)clan but not two leaders. You may not have a leader, deputy and medicine cat apprentice unless your deputy or leader dies/retires before the medicine cat does.
Please follow the form. You are allowed to get fancy with it, however.
